Understanding what makes the person on the other side of what you need to accomplish any given goal takes skill, and know how. Mr. Voss puts the plain speak into dealing with any situation, even how to spot and deal with what is coined a black swan event. Something that is rarely seen, and has no real playbook to guide you through to it’s end. Definitely a good read for those who struggle to separate the emotion from their business in low to high stakes negotiating.
